Abstract

Based on archive materials, the article analyzes supply expenditures for the military service office of the Ust-Sysolsk uyezd of the Vologda Province. Key funding sources for the office are revealed; the years of highest expenditure rates are defined; the reasons for increased expenditures are specified. The results of the research can be used in a course on military history of the European North of Russia.
