Abstract

The article focuses on adaptation to extreme conditions of rotational work in the Far North. The paper shows that successful work under these extreme conditions is determined by adaptation strategies. Components of the personal resource “core” of adaptation strategies of rotational workers in the Far North are determined. Differences in the “annex to the core” are identified.
