Abstract

The paper analyzes the latest trends in contemporary French phenomenology through the prism of rejecting the procedure of meaning-bestowing (Sinngebung), which is the crucial one for the Husserlian tradition. This phenomenon is investigated in detail on the example of the philosophy of French phenomenologist and theologian Michel Henry.
