Abstract

The article concerns the questions of leadership within the frame of political power. The matter of leadership has long been of interest to the academia. The problem studied is characterized by the fact that periods of social and political crises see a rise of interest for leadership. In the «time of troubles» there appear a lot of people wishing to fulfil their potential in the sphere of politics. That is why there is a need for studying and analyzing the specific features of a leader within the frame of political power.
