Abstract

This paper aimed to formulate a version of modern universalism based on the development of ideas about the world coordinate system emerging in the world around us through self-organization based on equilibria that are conditioned by the deterministic “order-chaos” and encompassing all levels of this world’s hierarchy. Since the second half of the 20th century, modern universalism has developed rapidly in several directions, the most effective of which, in our opinion, are the synergistic and semiospheric approaches, global universalism, and certain methods of globalistics. The ideas about the world coordinate system allow us to create a common basis for all of them. This paper reveals the tendency of all objects of the world (both natural and cultural) to three ultimate fundamental equilibria: the identification, the communication-network, and the ultimate rhythms of world harmony. Equilibria achieved in reality at various levels of the world are directed by the phenomenological space cell composed of fundamental limit equilibria. The theoretical significance of this article lies in justifying the existence of the world coordinate system, which has emerged in a natural way and in line with which the world continues to develop. There must be such a coordinate system as, despite all the complexity of the surrounding world, it is surprisingly organized, rational, optimal, and stable. The practical importance of the article is determined by several basic provisions related to the methodology of education: the formation of personality through its gradual self-identification and the establishment of the principle of “being close”, that is, the teacher intervenes in the learning process only at its key points. Further, the paper describes self-identification of a person based on closed information-time blocks and analyses the influence of catalytic processes on the development of students’ intellectual and spiritual spheres. In addition, the potential use of cultural-secular asceticism in the educational process is considered. It should be noted that the problem of the world coordinate system has not been considered in literature; however, some issues indirectly related to it are touched upon in physics, biology, semiotics, and fundamental ontology.
