Abstract

Adoption of the Federal Law of 01.12.2007 no. 315-FZ “On Self-Regulating Organizations” called forth a radical modernization of the system of technical regulation, operation of business and professional entities, interaction between self-regulating organizations and their members, users of their products (work, services) and the executive power, executive bodies of the subjects of the Russian Federation, local self-government authorities. In addition, the law regulates the state control (supervision) over selfregulating organizations in terms of their regulatory compliance.
